Problem with Microsoft Upload Center, fail to delete document cache

Recently, my MS Upload Centre crashed and did not know how and why did it happened. The repair function from the MS Upload Centre did not work. I manage to delete the cache myself, below is the steps:-

1. Locate the document cache folder in my case C:\Users\...\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Office\15.0\OfficeFileCache
2. Launch Task Manager to stop all the MS office Sync process and also MS document cache process.
3. Back to the cache folder and delete all.
4. Go to your sharepoint or onedrive folder and refresh it, the upload center will automatically launch and re-sync the folder.
4. Your onedrive, sharepoint and all the library folder will re-sync and back to normal. Make sure the little green tick icon is beside all the files that sits in the sharepoint sync folder in your local.
